Not the safest way.…įirst time in Dallas and I picked this hotel because it is close to the medical center I was going too. I had to walk to my car using the same path the vehicles used. Oh, the handle for the stair well was broken off so I could not open the door to the stairs. Upon leaving we had to reverse the process but at least we could exit a door closer to the garage. We then had to walk carrying our luggage around to the opposite side of the hotel to check in. This time I had to let my handicapped daughter out on the ground floor of the garage, park on the third floor of the garage, then use the stairs to meet up with my daughter. The previous two times I was able to park temporarily in front (once double parked) to unload and check in. Or pay valet if there is someone on duty. An alternate way is to park in the garage then walk down stairs, then walk around to the front (opposite side) of the hotel to enter. A person needs to park out front to check in if there is a place. My one complaint is the check in process. Room clean and good with plenty of towels and electrical outlets.
